A-0503 Weld removal disc
The A-0503 is the world’s only hand held, ATEX-certified weld removal disc of its kind. Designed primarily for removing welds, it also offers a wide range of additional applications. Engineered with more than 95% tungsten carbide, the disc achieves a toughness grade of over 9.7 on the Rockwell scale, ensuring exceptional durability and performance.
Safe and efficient cleanup is guaranteed, as all fragments are blunt and fall within just a few centimetres. The disc attaches easily to our Ex-certified angle grinder, approved for safe use in ATEX gas zones 1 and 2 as well as ATEX dust zones 21 and 22. By using this innovative solution, you eliminate the need for time-consuming risk analyses, costly shutdowns, fire guards, hot work permits, habitats, and extensive cleanup operations.
